Purpose:
The product is an automatic rotary dual-press machine with capability of continuous tablet press. It is used to press the particle materials to be tablets.It is mainly used in tablet production for pharmacy industry, and also applicable for chemical, food and electronics industries.
Features:
Its area of contact with materials is made of stainless steel. With special treatment the rotary table has a lustrous surface and good abrasion proof capability which can meet the standard of GMP
The windows and doors are made of transparent organic glass, therefore the machine press process can be clearly observed.
Frequentcy conversion is applied to adjust speed in terms of different types of tablets.
The internal electric is equipped with overload protection to allow alarm warning in case of pressure overloading and automatic shut down of the machine. |
